Woodrise Encino is a Class A, six story, six sided mid-rise office building, situated in the heart of Encino's business district. The structure contains approximately 90,000 square feet of rentable office space. Each of the uniquely shaped floors offer the opportunity for six corner offices. The 120,000 square foot site accommodates the building, as well as a half-acre of parks, trees, gardens, seating areas and parking for 240 vehicles.

In 1992, Woodrise completed a major renovation from the ground up, bringing the building into a new era of casual elegance and meeting all the new safety and handicapped access codes.

The main entrance and lobby (shown here), as well as upper floor lobbies and rest rooms have become architectural design showpieces, featuring intricate granite detailing, a soaring glass clear span and an elaborate tufted arch, studded with bronze down lights.

The original old valley oaks and magnificent mature pine trees on the grounds are complemented by a multitude of flowering trees imported by the developer. The building received the San Fernando Valley Beautiful Award for the original development and for its 19th-year renovation.
