Our office buildings have achieved a reputation of being some of the most distinctive, innovative and exciting buildings in Southern California. Four of our buildings have received the City of Los Angeles Beautification Award. Our Media Studios North project was awarded the BOMA "TOBY" for best suburban office park. We have also been awarded "Most Outstanding Office Building Developer" over a ten year period from San Fernando Valley Beautiful.

Property management is a vital ingredient to the success of our projects. Each of our office buildings has at least one on-site property manager who has taken "ownership" of their building, and has developed a genuine loving and caring attitude for the building and its tenants.
