Central Park at Toluca Lake, the first of the new high rise buildings in the Burbank Media District, is a blend of art deco design and a truly modern high rise. Rising fifteen stories above its surrounding acre of trees and gardens, the building has been clad in two different colors of real brick, which were custom made to conform to all of the angles and corners of the building.

The building sits amidst rolling lawns and over 300 mature trees that were brought onto the property. The lush, tree-lined seating areas, gardens and lawns sit atop a subterranean, five-level garage with full size parking stalls for over 700 cars. The garage has two gated entrances and exits and is security monitored by closed circuit television.

A major bank, restaurant and convenience store are located on the ground floor. Our newest project, The Pinnacle, is rising next door and will offer additional restaurants and a private health club.
