This striking yet architecturally spare office structure was originally a two-story and basement industrial building. New work included seismic strengthening of the existing structure as well as converting the basement of an adjacent building for underground parking. The elevator, plumbing, air conditioning and fire sprinkler system were modernized. The interiors reflect the simplicity of the facade - with exposed ceiling and duct work. A monumental steel stairway and pylon complete the exterior.
