8800 Sunset Boulevard, a 70,000 sq. ft., seven-story building was purchased in 1986 with Krismar as value engineering consultants for the new owners. This assignment led to the additional project of major tenant improvements which totaled $5,000,000 and included luxuriously detailed office interiors, conference rooms, a sound studio and a ground floor restaurant facing the Sunset Strip.
