Krismar
Construction Company was launched in 1974 as a general contracting firm
to perform the construction of any development created by the M. David Paul
& Associates team. Around 1985, Krismar extended its services to owners
other than the Associates team and to date has completed more than 1,500,000
square feet of new construction and tenant improvement work with a total
value in excess of $160,000,000. This company is headed and run by Donald
F. Dodd, a truly experienced and qualified contractor.

Center
Construction Company is a general contracting firm started in 1971 to construct
interior suite improvement work and other types of finish construction.
Since its launch, Center has completed the construction and/or renovation
of 430,000 square feet of space with a total improvement value in excess
of $11,000,000.
