Center Construction Company is a general contracting firm that provides interior suite improvements for many of our buildings. The company has been managed for the past 26 years by David S. Ewald, a contractor well-versed in all aspects of commercial and residential construction.

Center Construction completed two, $1.5 million lobby, restroom and hallway refurbishments at our Woodrise and Terraces office buildings in Encino and Studio City. They have also built a number of recording studios and radio stations for our tenants.

Over the years, Center Construction Company has earned a reputation for producing top-quality interior work while meeting or beating delivery dates. As a result, their services are in demand outside our property portfolio. For Tishman Construction Company, they accomplished the build-out of a very elaborate ground floor lobby for a Warner Center complex building in Woodland Hills. Center Construction has also done some construction of very prestigious custom homes; recently completing a $1.75 million home in Beverly Hills.
